Count down for summer vacation!  I can't wait.  I have been so busy this summer at work, I can't wait for some time off!  My parents came out and will be staying for 2 weeks!  In that time, we're planning some fun road trips and some other cool adventures around California.  ;)  I had to decide against my trip to England because of all the threats and terrorists acts by  ISIS there.  I don't at all feel safe traveling overseas right now, which is a pity because I was so looking forward to visiting.

Well, I just wanted to check in and say that I am still alive.  :)  Below are some pictures I took yesterday of my mom and step-dad when they arrived.  We went to eat Vietnamese food in my city.  Hahaha!  It was their fist time to eat pho.  They really enjoyed it.  ;)

Long time no see - very busy me!  :)

Hey!  Sorry for the long pause but I have been extremely busy here recently.  All is going great with me, just working, spending time with my friends and family, and trying to grow my Youtube Channel.  ;)  To be honest, I think that's where all my time has gone - making Youtube videos.  I truly enjoy doing it.  I think I enjoy it a lot more than I do writing on my blog now.  Hahaha!  As soon as I can get more courage, I'll start to do Vlogs and probably even do some voice-overs in my cooking videos.  We'll see . :)

I can't believe how quickly this year is going by.  It just seems like yesterday I was setting my new year resolution!  Hahahah!  It's already time for summer.  I don't have any major plans for this summer.  My mom and step-dad were coming out, but that got cancelled due to them having other things to tend to at home.  So, that leaves me with a blank slate this summer, but I am sure that I am going to think of something to do.  There are endless opportunities of things to do in California!  ;)  And I've been thinking about taking that trip to England this year, too!

Hello all,

Happy March!  My, I can't believe how quickly this year is going by already.  It just seems like yesterday it was January!  ;)

I haven't been up to much, just working and doing some sight-seeing when I am not too tired.  ;)  Last weekend, I went out for a drive through the countryside.  It was nice.  I think we can officially say that the California drought is OVER.  I've posted some pictures of my outing below. 

This weekend, my sister and I went to Warner Bros. Studio in Hollywood.  We did the studio tour which was AMAZING!  I put together the video below to show my experience.  *be sure to watch the end in which I am featured in a scene in Harry Potter.  Hahahahah!

All in all, it's been a great few weeks.  I hope you are all having fun, too!  I'll be going to Georgia to visit my mom soon!  I'll have tons of pictures to share!

Hello everyone! :)  Long time no see, but I am still here and kicking.  I hope the beginning of this year is off to a great start for you all.  It's hard to believe that it's already February.  My does the time fly by quickly!  I haven't been up to much other than work, planning my next vacation and enjoying my life in California.  It's been raining here recently, and the 4 year drought is nearly at an end.  That's good news, but it's also bad news for those of us who love the southern California sunshine!  :)  This place has started to look a lot like Scotland or Ireland if you ask me - vast fields of green, rolling green hills, etc... ;)  Can't say I am complaining because it's all rather lovely!  It just sucks when you want to get out there and you can't for fear of being drenched to death!  :)

I've been doing a lot of writing.  I am going to be publishing a book of short ghost stories soon.  I hope it's a success and I am eager to get done with it.  Moving here to California has really given me a lot of inspiration.  It's like my imagination is always evolving (whatever that means).  I've also started doing a lot more baking as well. I've been posting videos on my Youtube channel :)

Well, I hope you all are great.  I just wanted to pop in and say hello, as I haven't written a formal entry in a while.

Almost Christmas

Thanksgiving has come and gone and now on to Christmas. I've finished all my decorating, putting up two trees - one upstairs and one downstairs. ;) Boy, am I pooped! But I am enjoying the fruits of my labor, as the house is cozy and warm. I'm enjoying spending time sipping on warm tea, nibbling at sweets, cuddling with my doggie, and watching British Christmas ghost stories! ;o) Can't think of a better way to spend the last day that I'm off for Thanksgiving break. :) Looking forward 'til Christmas, though! 'Tis the season! :)

Hello all!  In case you've been wondering where I am, I've been pretty busy these few weeks.  But, I am happy to say that I've got a lot of free time coming up and will be able to devote more time to my blog, videos, and of course, my writing.  ;)

I've been addicted to this election season!  I've always been a politics person, but I find that this particular election is so exciting.  In case you have been looking at my current events section, you'll know from what I write that I'm going to be voting for the Republican Party - the party that I feel most connected to.  I can't wait to see the turn out of the election!  Keeping my fingers crossed for TRUMP!

I can't believe how fast this year has passed by.  It seems only last week I was writing about getting ready for Halloween and it's HERE again!  I can't believe it!  It's my favorite time of year of course.  Then, there's Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up.  This Christmas is going to be particular spectacular, as we're taking a family trip to Hawaii.  We'll be doing some island popping and I'm looking forward to it.  There are so many places I didn't get to check out when I was on Oahu 3 years ago that I have to go see now!  Also, I'm looking forward to exploring Maui as well.  I can't wait to post pictures, and hopefully, videos about it!

Well, I hope you all are well!  Thanks for continuing to support and read my blog.  It really means a lot!  It inspires me to continue to post!  I've received some great letters from people all over the world.  I really appreciate your compliments!
