If you've been reading my blog posts about book recommendations and other films, you'll see that I am interested in the history of witches (not just Harry Potter..hahaha). This movie does a historical account of how witchcraft started in the colonies when the English came over to North America. It's so authentic and atmospheric that you'll be instantly glued to your TV, as you watch young Thomasin get accused by her own family of being a witch. Peculiar things happen that no one can explain, but is it really Thomasin making them happen? You'll have to watch to find out. ;)
