A Chinese New Year

I decided to do something totally different this New Year.  I am tired of the same 'ol, boring American New Year celebration where were only just eat greens and beans (Yucky).  I thought outside the box and came up with this cool Chinese New Year theme.  We enjoyed it so much!!!  Check it out!

I successfully made sushi using this Makisu bamboo mat. ;)  It was yummy!!
