Strawberry and Blueberry Napoleons w/ Homemade Devonshire Cream


Devonshire Cream Recipe:

1 package of cream cheese
2 cups of cool whip
4 teaspoons of Splenda / sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine whole package of cream cheese, cool whip, splenda, and vanilla. Mix with electric handmixer until smooth. Set to the side.


Napolean Recipe:

1 box of Pepperidge Farm Pastry sheets
1 cup of fresh sliced strawberries
1 cup of fresh whole blue berries
2 cups of your favorite jam (strawberry)

Directions:

Bake pastry sheets until puffed and golden. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing half. Spread jam and devonshire cream on first half (bottom) puff pastry piece - there should be 6 halves of pastry pieces. Top with strawberries and a blueberries. Continue this method until 3 pastries pieces are layered together. When each (2) Napolean is built let them sit room temperature into ready to eat.

*Option: for more sweetness, feel free to sprinkle fresh berries with a little Splenda or sugar.

Serve with coffee or your favorite tea!
