Fried Fish


(Fish, shrimp, french fries, & cold slaw)
Ingredients:

2 tilapia fillets
1 cup of King Arthur Flour
2 tablespoon seasoned salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

Pour flour in a small bowl. Wash fish in hot water and dry. Lay fish flat on cutting board or plate and sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt. Batter fish in flour and set aside. In a skillet, pour in vegetable oil and let it get hot. When hot, carefully place fish fillets in skillet and fry for 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Place on a plate on top of paper towels to drain. Serve hot with malt vinegar and tartar sauce.
