Lemon Rosemary Tilapia


Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup of melted margarine

2 sprigs fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon minced garlic


Wash and dry tilapia fish fillets and season to taste.

Melt margarine with mince garlic in the microwave and drizzle on top of fish.

spray aluminum foil lightly with cooking spray

Place fish fillet on the foil, and pour garlic margarine on (save some the other pieces of fish)

Squeeze lemon juice on fillet and top with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.

Fold foil closed and bake on a baking dish until done.

Serve with your favorite vegetables

**Top with roasted garlic Aioli sauce (yummy!)
